Proposal from Vericom for credit card processing

1. Must have a minimum of 15 members for initial sign up and additional members may be added one at a time.

2. Discount rate is 1.54% per swipe. *

3. Transaction fee of $.20 per item.

4. Statement fee of $15.00, but may be reduced if statement sent by e-mail.

5. Terminal lease $65.00 per month for 12 months then owned by member. The normal fee is $95.00

6. Optional check depositing program a $.25 per check. The check amount is auto deposited at time of transaction.
